anyone know the part number and location of the voltage regulator on an rci 2950? i have no schmatic for this rig and believe its out on my newly aquired toy thank you all

he was using a three amp power supply on this 2950 running full power for a week or so then it started to warble on ssb mode also used the heavy duty power cord for radio not the lil cobra style power cord i am using an astron 20 amp and i have a 35 amp back up for testing things. not sure wat modle...

I just recieved a rci 2950 the previous owner used a 7 amp power supply with it an it now warbles is this caused from the voltage regulator an if so where is it located and the part number anyone know?
