trc 457 need helpto ajust ssb and meter

hi fellow cb nuts, I need some help with my trc 457 base with 858 chip. it is a tad off frequency on lsb and usb so I :dance would like to know which pots to turn to get it back on frequency .also signal meter on recieve is very lazy on all my other radios a local station that dose a 9 to me will only move a receive signal meter to a strength 2 so I need to know which pot to adjust it for more movement .I hope someone can help me thanks jenny australian
