cobra 148 , adding modulation meter

Post by RedEye »

Does anyone have an idea where you could hook up a modulation meter to a cobra 148 board? I retrofitted one into a cobra 2000 chassis. all went great and hooked up fine but the mod meter since there isn't a separate one on a 148.

Thanks in advnce!

Hear is a circuit for add-on Mod meter from the Cobra 148, It could not be easier
2 Diodes 2 Caps 1 Pre-set 1 Resistor, you can build this on a bit of strip board, in input is taken from the Cathode of D45 and the output to a switch and then to the meter. A quick and easy Mod meter circuit.
