Hi All,
Anyone know what PA transistors are used in the Zetagi B2002???
There's a Motorola ref (SRFE1164) but I think it's specific to Zetagi & I can't cross-reference them to an alternative???
Also, if I do find a equivalent, will I need them to be matched in pairs (there's four inside)
This amp is supposed to do 600W am/fm but I think that's a bit optomistic
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Steve

Animal,
The SRFE1164 can be replaced with MRF422 or SD1407.
Hope this isn't too late.
Dave.
How far is it.
Twice it's length from halfway.

Thanks for replies guys - I already ordered & fitted a matched quad - MaCom MRF422 from RF parts, about ?90 inclusive of shipping from the States.
With 15w FM in I get 550+ out, so I'm cooking on gas!!!
