Test gear available: frequency counter and test meters
Symptoms: off frequency on some channels

What is working: The radio is working normally on channels 1 through 25, but 26 thorugh 40 takes you into the 28 mhz range.

What has been tried: changes out the pll

Did it suddenly happen ?: no
Anything else that may be of help?: On the band just below regular 40, all channel frequencies are off.

Try adjusting the VCO slightly to see if you get any more channels than you've got, somebody might have been playing with it, like they do.
